The winery is permitted for production of up to 5,000 cases of wine per year and was set up with all top quality equipment and systems including a large solar array that powers the entire winery as well as refrigerated barrel storage.  It was built in 2004 and set up from the beginning to produce ultra-premium wines including temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and specialized presses for red and white wines.  Tasting are done by appointment only in the tasteful tasting room area within the winery itself.  Quality wineries like this are not easy to create any longer and offers a great opportunity to live the wine-maker lifestyle in one of the most beautiful locations the world has to offer.
